Tom has over 28 years of experience in credit and structured finance. He led the creation of some of the earliest refinancing CLOs, pioneering techniques that are now commonplace in the market. Prior to founding Eagle Point in 2012, Tom held leadership positions within the fixed income divisions at J.P. Morgan, Merrill Lynch, Bear Stearns, and Royal Bank of Scotland. He was the US Country Head at AMP Capital/AE Capital, where he oversaw a diverse portfolio of credit and other private investments on behalf of Australian investors. Tom began his career in the securitization group at Arthur Andersen.
In 2017, Tom received the Entrepreneur of the Year Award from Ernst & Young in recognition of Eagle Point’s innovative and entrepreneurial culture.

Dan has over 18 years of experience in structured finance. Prior to joining Eagle Point in 2012, he was a Vice President in Bank of America’s (f/k/a Bank of America Merrill Lynch) CLO structuring group, where he modeled cash flows, negotiated terms with debt and equity investors, and coordinated the rating process. Dan was also responsible for exploring non-standard structuring initiatives, including financing trades with dynamic leverage, emerging market CBOs and European CLOs. Earlier, he managed their legacy CLO, TruPS CDO, and ABS CDO portfolios and started in their CDO/CLO structuring group.
Dan holds a BS in Finance and Accounting, magna cum laude, from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Dan has over 27 years of experience in credit and advising, financing, and investing in alternative asset management firms and funds. He has been involved in the permanent capital vehicle, BDC, and closed-end fund markets for the majority of his career. Prior to joining Eagle Point in 2013, Dan oversaw the Private Equity, Special Opportunities Credit, and Real Estate allocations for the 1199SEIU Benefit and Pension Funds. He was also a Managing Director in the Financial Institutions Group at Bear Stearns focused on alternative asset managers, and a co-founder and President of Structured Capital Partners (a financial holding company formed to invest in CLO and structured credit managers). Dan started his career in the Financial Institutions Group at Chase Manhattan Bank.
Dan holds a BA in Business Management, summa cum laude, from Gettysburg College and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
Nate has over 24 years of experience as a Corporate Credit Specialist with a focus on structuring, trading, and investing in corporate credit on both the sell-side and buy-side. Prior to joining Eagle Point in 2021, Nate was a Credit Trader at Aristeia Capital and before that, a Credit Trader at Luxor Capital. He was also a Managing Director in the Special Situations group at Jefferies, and a Distressed Credit Trader at Citadel Securities and Citigroup. He started his career as an investment banker at Merrill Lynch.
Nate holds a BS in Mathematics from Colgate University.
Karan has over 27 years of experience in sourcing and executing partnerships and lending facilities with banks and non-bank specialty lenders across various asset classes. Prior to joining Eagle Point in 2022, he was a Partner and Portfolio Manager at KLS Diversified Asset Management, where he spearheaded their investments across specialty finance and structured products. Before that, he was a part of the Structured Credit research and strategy team at Bear Stearns where he was a top ranked analyst in Institutional Investor’s All-America Fixed Income Research survey for his work in CLO and mortgage credit research. Karan started his career as an FX and Interest Rates trader at BNP Paribas in Mumbai.
Karan holds a BE from the Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology Allahabad (MNNIT), an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA), and an MSc in Computational Finance from Carnegie Mellon University.
Rob has over 31 years of experience providing financing solutions to funds (including BDCs, private funds, and REITs) and financial institutions. Prior to joining Eagle Point in 2020, Rob was a Managing Director in the Financial Institutions Group at Oppenheimer & Co. where he was the Head of Specialty Finance. Prior to that, he had similar roles as Head of Origination in FIG Capital Markets, responsible for providing financing solutions to funds and financial institutions at Incapital, Amherst Pierpont International Limited, and StormHarbour Securites LP. Earlier, he was a Senior Vice President at CRT Capital Group. He started his career at Bear Stearns and held numerous roles, most recently as a Managing Director Principal in the Strategic Finance Group covering financial institutions.
Rob holds a BA in Economics from Denison University.
Patricia has over 14 years of experience with a focus on CLO analysis, valuation, cash flow modeling, and due diligence. Prior to joining Eagle Point in 2014, she was a trader in the CLO/CDO Secondary Trading Desk at Citigroup, where she started her career. Before that, she was a part of their Global Structured Solutions Finance Desk, focused on the Transportation, Infrastructure, and Power & Energy sectors.
Patricia holds a BS in Systems Engineering and a BA in Economics, cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania.
Joanne has over 10 years of industry experience with a focus on credit and asset management.
Prior to joining Eagle Point in 2021, she was in the Fund Finance group at Macquarie Group where she structured and executed bespoke financing transactions for alternative asset managers. Her responsibilities included fund and collateral due diligence, credit and capital structure analysis, legal documentation review, and operational deal management. She started her career at J.P. Morgan in their Equity Capital Markets group, where she focused on marketing, structuring, and executing equity offerings for private and listed corporates.
Joanne holds a BA in Finance and a JD from the University of New South Wales.
Anthony has over 14 years of industry experience with a focus on credit and capital structure analysis. Prior to joining Eagle Point in 2016, he worked in Leveraged and Acquisition Finance at Morgan Stanley, where he structured and executed LBOs, acquisition financings, recapitalizations, and refinancings for Financial Institution and Media clients. He started his career in the Private Wealth Management group at Morgan Stanley where he focused on portfolio construction, asset manager evaluation, due diligence, and reporting.
Anthony holds a BS in Finance and Economics from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.
Ed has over 21 years of structuring and investing experience in corporate credit and special situations. Prior to joining Eagle Point in 2021, he was a Partner and Investment Committee member at DSC Meridian Capital. Before that, he was a Portfolio Manager at Newfleet Asset Management and a Portfolio Manager at Third Avenue Management. Previously, Ed worked in distressed debt and equity research at Barclays, Credit Suisse (n/k/a UBS) and the Seaport Group. Additionally, he served as an adjunct professor of Finance at Fordham University.
Ed holds a BS in Finance and a BA in Economics from Rutgers University, an MS in Accounting from Babson College and an MBA from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is a holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.
Dan has over 15 years of experience investing in and advising others with respect to complex structured finance transactions and derivatives. Prior to joining Eagle Point, Dan advised a broad array of market participants on matters relating to structured finance, leveraged lending, securities regulation, distressed situations and derivatives while at two top tier global financial service law firms.
Dan holds a BA in Psychology with a Business Administration minor, cum laude, from Stony Brook University and a JD, cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School, where he was an editor for the Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial and Commercial Law. He has been admitted to the bar in New York, New Jersey, and North Carolina.
Sam has over 12 years of industry experience in credit with a focus on CLOs and structured products. Prior to joining Eagle Point in 2021, he was a Vice President at Good Hill Partners. Before that, Sam was an Associate Portfolio Manager at MKP Capital Management where he focused on the CLO strategy, in addition to trading European RMBS, AT1 securities and CDS Indices. Sam started his career at PwC in their Financial Instruments, Structured Products and Real Estate (FSR) practice.
Sam holds a BS in Finance and Accounting and a Masters of Accounting from the Villanova School of Business.
Ken has over 33 years of accounting and financial services experience, with a focus on alternative investments, credit products, and operational control. Prior to joining Eagle Point in 2014, Ken was an Executive Director in J.P. Morgan’s Alternative Investment Services division where his responsibilities spanned managing operations of Private Equity and Hedge Fund Administration. Prior to that, Ken was the Chief Financial Officer of Sailfish Capital and Financial Controller of Amaranth Advisors. Earlier in his career, Ken held several finance and operations management positions within J.P. Morgan’s Investment Bank. Ken began his career as an auditor with Coopers and Lybrand.
Ken holds a BS in Accounting from Fordham University and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
Nauman has over 19 years of experience in the investment management industry. Prior to joining Eagle Point in 2015, Nauman was an attorney at Dechert LLP, where he focused on investment advisers, private funds, registered investment companies, and non-US fund matters. Before that, he was the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of an Asia-focused global alternative investment manager. Earlier, Nauman was an attorney at Dechert LLP, where he began his career.
Nauman holds a BS in Finance and Marketing, magna cum laude, from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a JD, cum laude, from the Georgetown University Law Center.
Kyle has over 18 years of experience in structured finance, focused on portfolio management, credit analytics, and business and product development. Prior to joining Eagle Point in 2015, he was a Director of Business Development at ZAIS. Before joining the ZAIS’s business development team, Kyle was a Portfolio Manager responsible for the surveillance and analysis of structured credit investments. Earlier at ZAIS, he provided middle office support, asset valuation, and surveillance. Throughout his tenure at ZAIS, Kyle worked extensively with CLOs, including modeling and development of ZAIS’s proprietary structured credit analytics.
Kyle serves on the Board of Trustees of the Brookdale Community College Foundation, and is a member of the foundation’s Finance & Investment Committee. He is also a Board Member of First Tee of Jersey Shore, and is a mentor for the Rutgers Road to Wall Street Program.
Kyle holds a BS in Finance, magna cum laude, from Rutgers Business School.
Andriy has over 13 years of experience in financial services, focusing primarily on risk management and analytics. Prior to joining Eagle Point in 2023, he was the US Chief Risk Officer at AXA Investment Managers where he was responsible for implementation of the firm’s risk management framework covering US fixed income and structured finance activity. Previously, he was a Market Risk Portfolio Management Associate at Morgan Stanley. He started his career at GE Capital with his most recent role as Lead Risk Analyst.
Andriy holds a BS in Industrial and System Engineering from Binghamton University. He is a holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.
Courtney has over 20 years of experience in the investment management industry. Prior to joining Eagle Point in 2014, she was a Senior Compliance Associate at Bridgewater Associates. Courtney started her career in the Compliance group at PanAgora Asset Management.
Courtney holds a BA in Mathematics and Statistics from Miami University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
Cass has over 10 years of in tax within the asset management industry. Prior to joining Eagle Point in 2020, Cass was a Tax Manager in PwC's Asset & Wealth Management Tax practice where she provided tax consulting and compliance services to a wide range of clients, including alternative asset managers.
Cass holds a BS in Accounting from Villanova and an MS in Taxation from Baruch College. She is a CPA in the state of Connecticut.
Josh has over 10 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Eagle Point in 2020, he was an Attorney in the Financial Services group of Dechert LLP, where he focused on regulatory, governance, and transactional matters involving registered investment companies and business development companies.
Josh holds a Bachelors of Music from the University of Miami and a JD from the Boston University School of Law.
Jenn has over 17 years of experience in business development and institutional client relationship management working collaboratively with investors in the alternative investments industry. Prior to joining Eagle Point in 2018, Jenn was a Senior Vice President of Business Development at Gramercy Funds Management. Prior to that, she was a Vice President of Business Development at Avenue Capital Group. Jenn began her career in the Investor Relations group at Silver Point Capital.

Lauren has over 13 years of human resources experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Eagle Point in 2022, Lauren was a Human Resources Director at Starwood Capital Group. Before that, she was an Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at First Eagle Investment Management. She also held various human resources management roles at MF Global and Frontier Communications, and started her career as a Benefits Analyst at Mercer.
Lauren holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut.
Taylor has over 30 years of operations experience in the investment management industry. Prior to joining Eagle Point in 2017, Taylor was the Director of Risk Management and Valuation at ZAIS, where he also held various management positions in the firm’s Operations, Finance, and Risk Management departments. Before that, Taylor was the Trading Operations Manager at Beacon Hill Asset Management.

Joey has over 16 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Eagle Point in 2021, Joey worked was at Prospect Capital Management where he managed product development and distribution and was a member of the investment team. He has been involved in income-oriented investment strategies for the majority of his career, including private credit, structured credit, consumer and small business financing and other credit strategies. Joey previously invested in financial services companies at Solaia Capital Advisors LLC and advised businesses on capital raising and strategic transactions at Citadel Securities. He started his career in the mergers and acquisitions group at Rothschild.

Lena has over 20 years of experience within financial services and the investment management industry. Prior to joining Eagle Point in 2015, Lena was a Project Manager at Mariner Investment Group, where she supported their systems development and integration. Prior to that, Lena was an Assistant Vice President at J.P. Morgan’s Alternative Investment Services where she supported fund administration for multiple clients. Lena started her career as a Fund Accountant at Paloma Partners LLC.

Seth has over 28 years of experience in business development and institutional client relationship management working collaboratively with investors in the alternative investments industry. Before that he held business development and client relationship management roles with HFR Asset Management, Man Investments, UBS Global Asset Management and BNP Paribas Asset Management USA (formerly Fischer Francis Trees & Watts). He began his career with Bankers Trust.
